FOREHEAD LIFT
Forehead lift is dedicated to patients seeking rejuvenation of upper part of the face.

These are usually individuals with one or few of the following:

Forehead lift is frequently combined with other rejuvenation procedures such as facelift, neck lift and upper and lower eyelid surgery, providing complex rejuvenation of entire aging face and neck.

In some patients rejuvenation of upper eyelids is not required after elevation of the forehead with eyebrows.

Forehead lift can be performed in standard or endoscopic fashion. If standard one is employed, operation is performed from long incision located within scalp. Endoscopic approach requires 3 short (1-2 cm) incisions within hairline. Despite method employed, the aim is to elevate forehead skin and resect its excess.

Procedure is performed in general or local anesthesia with sedation.

Depending on extend of the surgery, coexisting procedures, general health status and type on anesthesia patient remains in the facility from 3-24 hours. Return to non-strenuous activity is on the next days after surgery and to normal one after 1-2 weeks.

Your appearance will improve gradually within 6-8 weeks.

Final result is obtained after 6 month and is related to normal physiology of healing process.

Forehead lift rejuvenates operated area but doesn’t stop natural aging process.

This short information doesn’t replace medical consultation in the office.
